Hyderabad: BJP National Executive member Nallu Indrasen Reddy on Thursday claimed that TRS chief and Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was acting like a "nakili Hindu" and "naya Jayachndra".

Addressing the media here, he said he had to come out to speak as he was pained by the Chief Minister's statement "belittling Hindus" at Karimnagar and Nizamabad election meetings.

The BJP senior leader said once Jayachand, a Hindu king, had colluded with the invading Mohammad Ghori and stabbed Prudhvi Raj Chowhan in the back. Similarly, there are several Jayachands in the history like Jaya Sing in the Aurangzeb's court and Raja Man Singh in the Akbar's court.

He accused the TRS leader of depriving economically weaker sections (EWS) in the State of benefits. He said EWS were not issued income certificates in the State.

As a result of it, lakhs of unemployed could not apply for one lakh jobs announced by the Centre.

Dismissing the KCR's remarks that construction of Ram temple should be left to the seers and to the judiciary, he questioned the Chief Minister why he was demanding time and again that Muslims be provided 12 per cent reservations when the case was pending in the court.
