The minister lambasted at the centre for not depositing Rs 15 lakh to each citizen through 'Jan-dhan' accounts and also questioned the public if any of them have received the amount. He also ridiculed BJP's statement on bringing black money from foreign countries.

Rao said that no employment opportunities were created after the BJP-led NDA government came to power and also sold the companies like Air India, LIC of the government of India. "The BJP is trying to destroy the future of children by provoking communal harmony," he said.

He further asked the public to think of what the political parties have done for the people and make a choice. "The TRS party has developed the state and prevented curfews and communal war by prioritizing peace and security," he added.

The minister also reacted to the BJP remarks on Rohingyas and questioned the centre as to what it was doing when the Rohingyas had come into the country.
