Cadre is key for party to flourish: MLA Manohar Reddy

He was the chief guest at a meeting of party senior activists, organised ahead of the Cooperative Society elections, at Siri Function Hall in Peddapalli on Sunday.
All the leaders and activists present at the meeting observed a two-minute silence to condole the demise of Kota Ram Reddy, the president of District Farmer's Coordination Committee.
MLA Manohar Reddy said that real activists of the party will always strive hard to strengthen it from gross root level and these activists are the most important to the party.
It is the responsibility of the leaders, who won the elections, to give respect to such party activists, who work hard for the party without expecting anything in return.
Both the leaders and cadre must always work hard to take the developmental activities and welfare schemes into the public, which were introduced for the betterment of all sections of people, the MLA suggested.
Manohar Reddy also advised the party activists and leaders not to discuss small issues regarding the party among the public, which will defame the party and will spoil its image. He asked them to bring to his notice if any leader or activist has any problems regarding the party and suggested them to work in coordination to increase the party's prestige in public.
Party leaders must work collectively for registering a massive victory in the Cooperative Society elections, which would be held in the coming days. They must prove that it is the TRS, which is going to win whatever the elections may be, he added.
The farmers are ready to vote for the TRS, so it is the responsibility of the leaders and party activists to work united to register a massive victory in PACS elections, MLA Reddy urged the leaders and activists.
