District Collector MV Reddy inspects poll arrangements
In view of the first phase of local body polls, District Collector MV Reddy visited Godumakuna village of Keesara mandal and inspected the polling station at ZP High School on Monday.
Keesara: In view of the first phase of local body polls, District Collector MV Reddy visited Godumakuna village of Keesara mandal and inspected the polling station at ZP High School on Monday.
During his visit, he enquired election officials about the polling trends, polling percentages and other details about the elections. Later, he inspected the primary health centre, drinking water facility, toilets, wheel chair for disabled voters, ramps and other facilities made for voters at the polling station.
He expressed satisfaction over the arrangements. After the inspection, he interacted with people who came to vote at the centre and enquired about the arrangements made at the centre. He instructed the election officials to ensure that voters do not face any inconvenience and that the election is conducted peacefully.
