Nizamabad: Dr Jeevan Rao was elected president of the Nizamabad chapter of Indian Medical Association (IMA) at an election held in the city on Tuesday.
Dr Kausaliah was elected an election officer while Dr Vishal Akula was chosen as the general secretary of the association. Dr Rasheed was elected vice-president, Dr Rajesh, Dr Dwarakadevi Harishswamy Madalakhiran Hemachakrapani, Rashid Ali, Kondachakrapani, T Anil and G Asst. Revant, Raghavender, Sunil, Srinivas, Jalagam Thirupathirov, Rajesh and Venkanna were elected.
