'Earth Hour India' to be observed at Raj Bhavan

Hyderabad: Raj Bhavan will be participating in the 'Earth Hour India' initiative by WWF, by switching off lights and electrical appliances between 8.30 pm to 9.30 pm on Saturday, March 30, by observing 'Earth Hour India' at Raj Bhavan premises to support the noble cause of environmental protection.
Raj Bhavan authorities have requested the TSSPDCL to shut down the transformer supplying power to staff quarters, Sudharma office building, Durbar Hall, North Block Guest House, New Guest House, Dispensary and Driver quarters for one hour from 8.30pm to 9.30 pm on Saturday, March 30, including outdoor lighting inside the Raj Bhavan premises.
