Goat punished for eating away Haritha Haram plants
The officials of Mandal Parishad Development office in Makthal mandal have caught hold of a goat for eating away all the saplings planted under the Harita Haram programme on the MPDO office premises.
Narayanpet: The officials of Mandal Parishad Development office in Makthal mandal have caught hold of a goat for eating away all the saplings planted under the Harita Haram programme on the MPDO office premises. They tied it to the door of the office with a board in its neck displaying a fine of Rs 2,000 against its owner.
"We have been planting trees every time. The stray goats and cows are trespassing the premises and eating away the plants. We have decided to punish the owners of the cattle and goat who are letting their animals free which are damaging the plants.
We have imposed a fine of Rs. 2000 against the goat owner to let the goat free," informed MPDO Pavani of Makthal. Goat owner punished for letting lose his goat which ate away the plants planted during Harithahaaram in Makthal MPDO office.
