Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Thursday heard the petition challenging the disqualification of three MLCs R Bhupathi Reddy, K Yadava Reddy and S Ramulu Naik.

The Additional Advocate General representing the council Chairman told the Court that the decision to disqualify Bhupathi Reddy was taken by following the principles of natural justice and only subsequent to the issuance of notice. The argument on the issue will continue on Friday also before the High Court.
