Hyderabad man finds insect in food ordered
A Hyderabad-based man who ordered food from a restaurant through the food delivery giant Swiggy has found a dead fly in the dessert.

Bellam Srinivas has ordered a combo pack of Butta Bhojanam from Subbayya Gari Hotel in Kondapur. When he opened the pack, Srinivas found something odd in the dessert box and later he realized it was an insect. Srinivas took to his Twitter handle with the picture of the insect in the dessert and vented out anger over the restaurants and food delivery platforms.
"Restaurants and food delivery often claim they are best in safety standards. This is what they are following," Srinivas said.

Soon after Srinivas shared the post, an executive from Swiggy reached out the customer and extended apologies. The executive said that they will order a probe into it.
Meanwhile, Srinivas claimed that he had tried to contact the hotel, but failed to get any response from them.
