Hyderabad: On June 1 an unknown half burnt dead body was found near Nehru Zoo Park in Bhadurpura.Not even a single clue was left by the murderers as the documents of the victim were also burnt. However, the task force was assigned the charge to unearth the murder mystery of the unknown person.
The task force started investigation and in the process of investigating the murder they ascertained the identity of the victim who was identified as, Md. Waseem aged about 35 years. The task force followed the leads in the case and with the help of CCTV footage; they were able to single out the accused persons who were involved in the murder of Waseem.
As the investigation progressed, the task force cops on Tuesday received a tip-off about the accused persons. The accused persons were identified as, Asif and Salman. Upon receiving the credible information, special teams were formed to nab the accused.
The accused were nabbed and while questioning them, it was disclosed that they were friends of the victim and while consuming alcohol they quarreled over an issue, due to which the two accused murdered Waseem and tried to burn his body, said Additional DCP, Task Force, Chakravarthy Gummy. He said, "both the accused were handed over to Bahadurpura PS for registering a murder case against them."
