Hyderabad: The Telangana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (TSCPCR) has issued to notice to the Commissioner of School Education (CSE)regarding the news published in Telugu daily with caption "Badi Tegimpu" published on Friday.

TSCPCR is a statutory body constituted by the Act of Parliament, under the Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) Act, 2005.

TSCPCR Chairperson J Srinivas Rao issued the notice to the Commissioner of School Education regarding the private schools are conducting online classes and collecting fees in different forms, in spite of the government instructions vide GO.Rt.No.46 School Education (Gen.I) Dept, dated 21.04.2020.

The Commission has taken up the case as suo motu and directed the Commissioner of School Education to probe into the matter and submit the action taken report by July 6
