Hyderabadi car owner pays up Rs 98,000 in challans

Hyderabad: A team of traffic police led by Sub-inspector Raghavendra Swamy seized the car of an owner who had 78 challans against him for traffic violations but didn't pay any. He was caught during a routine vehicle check. His car was released after he paid the traffic challans.
