Khammam: Bachu Vijay Kumar appointed SUDA chairman
The State government has appointed TRS senior leader Bachu Vijay Kumar as the Chairman of Stambhadri Urban Development Authority (SUDA)
Khammam: The State government has appointed TRS senior leader Bachu Vijay Kumar as the Chairman of Stambhadri Urban Development Authority (SUDA). Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MA&UD) Principal Secretary Arvind Kumar issued orders appointing SUDA Chairman, members and advisory members on Wednesday.
IT and MA&UD Minister KT Rama Rao handed over the appointment orders to B Vijay Kumar in Hyderabad on Thursday in the presence of Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar, MLA Rega Kantha Rao and MLC B Lakshmi Narayana.
B Vijay Kumar, a close associate of Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar, had joined the TRS in 2015 and has been working for the party's progress.
Speaking to the press after receiving appointment orders, Vijay Kumar promised to strive to develop Khammam as a modern beautiful city with the help of Ministers Ajay Kumar and KT Rama Rao and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. Assuring to give top priority to development, he informed that SUDA was spread over 20 kms radius covering 46 villages in eight mandals in Khammam, Wyra, Palair and Madhira constituencies and Khammam Municipal Corporation (KMC).
Several TRS leaders and activists congratulated Vijay Kumar on his appointment.
