Finance minister Thanneru Harish Rao on Saturday inaugurated double bedroom houses at Danthanpalli village of Sivampet Mandal in Medak district.
After the launch event, the minister directed the district collector to resolve the issues regarding the endowment lands in the Danthanpalli. "The government has sanctioned Rs 112 crore for PMG roads in erstwhile Medak district and in the phase, Rs 13 crore will be released for Narsapur constituency and Rs 10 crore will be released for Medak in the second phase," Rao said.
He also ordered the sarpanches and panchayat secretaries to finish up the civil works pertaining to dump yards and cemeteries within 15 days.
On Friday, Harish Rao laid the foundation stone for the construction of Rythu Vedika at Peddkanjerla village of Patancheru Mandal of Sangareddy district. He asked the officials to begin the groundworks of eight Rythu Vedika buildings and complete their construction within 45 days.
The minister later planted a sapling on the outskirts of Patancheru as a part of the sixth phase of Telanganaku Haritha Haram programme.
