Addressing a gathering, they stated that the officials concerned and the contractor should complete the work expeditiously with quality. "Once the bridge is completed, the connectivity problems of local residents would end," they remarked.

Both the legislator and corporator asserted that development works were being taken up in colonies of Allwyn Colony division in a phased manner.
