MLA Rajender Reddy lays the foundation for CC roads in Narayanpet
MLA Rajender Reddy took part in a series of development programmes in Narayanpet district on Tuesday.
Narayanpet: MLA Rajender Reddy took part in a series of development programmes in Narayanpet district on Tuesday.
To begin with, the MLA started his day by taking part in a land breaking ceremony at 23rd Ward in Narayanpet district for the construction of a community toilet complex and later took part in the foundation laying ceremony for the construction of a CC road in the same ward.
Later, the MLA also laid foundation stones for the construction of a dumping yard and another CC road near the District Collector Office.
While speaking on the occasion, the MLA said that soon after carving of Narayanpet into a new district the development works have picked up pace. He said this is only the beginning and very soon Narayanpet district will emerge as a leading district in education and development.
"Narayanpet and surrounding regions have been neglected for many decades, but now things are fast-changing and development is picking up. We will not rest until we develop the district in all aspects," said the MLA.
Later the MLA took part in the Pallepragati program organized at Narayanpet district Collectorate and distributed tractors, water tankers, and trolleys to various Gram Panchayaties in the district.
District Collector S Venkat Rao and other senior district officials also took part in the programme.
