He as a chief guest addressed an awareness programme organised by The New India Assurance Company Limited at Mancherial Chowrasta in Nirmal on Friday.
The SP appreciated the company management to take up such activities and distributed helmets freely on the occasion.
The company regional manager, divisional managers, police inspector John Diwakar, motorists and others were present.
