Hyderabad: Congress Legislature Party leader in Assembly Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka on Tuesday said that the judgment of the Supreme Court on the reservation has been unnerving the BCs, SCs and STs of the country.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion of takeover of responsibilities by newly appointed chairman of PCC SC cell N Pritham, he said that the six-year rule of BJP-led NDA government is threatening most of the sections.

Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president Sailajanath said that the SCs should fight to get the power. He made it clear that the SCs should not tolerate the attacks of the BJP leaders.

AICC secretary SA Sampath Kumar said that though the Dalits have fought for achieving statehood to Telangana, they are being suppressed. He said that there was a need to wage a fight against the government.

PCC former president P Laxmaiah said that a dictator has been ruling the State. The Chief Minister cheated the SCs on the promise of providing three acres land to them.

AICC official spokesperson Dasoju Sravan said that Telangana movement was a cultural fight and the SCs have played a key role in it. He said that a fight should be waged to see that the SC and ST sub plan is implemented.
