Huzurnagar (Suryapet): The Junior Civil Judge of Huzurnagar, Manjula, stated that both governments, the State and the Central, should work within the limits of the Indian Constitution. On Tuesday, on the occasion of Constitution Day, the legal services authorities conducted an awareness meeting on Indian Constitution for the students of Greenhood School in the town.

Addressing the students, the Judge said the Indian Constitution was accepted on this day 70 years ago and several renowned leaders and intellectuals rendered their valuable services in scripting the Indian constitution. The students must have the knowledge about various laws, duties and rights provided in the Indian Constitution.

"Indian constitution is the biggest scripted Constitution in the world," she underlined. Huzurnagar Bar Association General secretary Nageshwar Rao and Treasurer Nagesh Rathod stated that on November 26, 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Indian Constitution and it came into effect from January 26, 1950.

Additional Government Pleader P Satyanarayana, Public Prosecutor Srinivas Reddy, SI Anil Reddy, advocates, school staff and students attended the programme.
