In yet another case of negligence by the government staff, a woman delivered in the toilet of the district government hospital, here on Friday. Rajitha who came to the hospital for delivery went to toilet and suddenly got labour pains. She shouted and cried for help, but no staff reached there to attend.

Doctors at the hospital had referred her to Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad as she did not have enough blood. But, before she left for the city, she delivered the baby normally. People from her village and relatives expressed anger over the medical staff about their negligence. How she could deliver normally when her health condition was not good, they questioned.
