310 get house site pattas in Eluru constituency

Eluru: Health Minister Alla Kali Krishna Srinivas (Nani) said that house site pattas will be distributed to 29,352 beneficiaries in Eluru Assembly constituency limits for which 12 layouts were prepared in 538.69 acres land.
He inaugurated the house site pattas distribution in YSR Jagananna Colony located in Komadavolu panchayat in Eluru Assembly constituency limits on Friday as part of the State-wide house site pattas distribution programme launched by the State government.
Addressing the beneficiaries, Alla Nani said that the Chief Minister has taken a bold decision to distribute house site pattas to 30.75 lakh beneficiaries in the State.
He said the house sites distribution programme was organised in the festive atmosphere amidst the celebrations of two festivals Christmas and Vaikunta Ekadasi. Nani said that no previous government ever distributed house site pattas to the poor people.
He alleged the Telugu Desam Party has been creating hurdles for the distribution of house site pattas to the poor.
Nani handed over the house site pattas to some beneficiaries in YSR Jagananna Colony, which was built in 6.17 acres land. A total of 310 house site pattas were distributed to beneficiaries on the occasion.
He said that Friday is the unforgettable day in his life because the dream of many poor people to own a house is fulfilled. He said 8,780 beneficiaries will get house site pattas in Eluru rural mandal.
The government will sanction house site pattas to the applicants in 90 days after verification and those who could not get the house site pattas need not worry and they can apply.
West Godavari district Collector R Mutyala Raju, Eluru Revenue Division Officer K P Rachana, Agriculture Market Yard Committee chairman M Mybabu and officials of Revenue and other departments, local YSRCP leaders, beneficiaries attended the house site patta distribution.
Minister Nani also participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for construction of houses at the same village.
