Jammalamadugu MLA M. Sudheer Reddy has said that chief minister YSJagan Mohan Reddy is keen improving living standards of the farming community in the state.
Kadapa: Jammalamadugu MLA M. Sudheer Reddy has said that chief minister YSJagan Mohan Reddy is keen improving living standards of the farming community in the state.
Speaking after inaugurating purchasing centre for Red Gram, and Bengal Gram at Agriculture market in Yeraguntla on Wednesday day he said despite government is facing severe financial hurdles but committed for the development of cultivation by adequate funds in the interest of farmers.
Earlier government has established purchasing centres for Turmeric, and Paddy for providing Minimum Support Price(MSP) to the farmers of their produce now purchasing centre in Jammalamadugu for Red Gram, Bengal Gram in the interest of providing MSP to the farmers. The MLA has urged the farmers to bring their produce to the purchasing centre instead of approaching middlemen as they can have proper Minimum Support Price. Local YCP leaders and officials were present.
