A one-day conference was organised by the Department of Computer Science of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Sciences on 'Key Trends in the Emerging Technologies in Analytics' for MCA and M Sc computer science students here on Saturday.
Vijayawada: A one-day conference was organised by the Department of Computer Science of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Sciences on 'Key Trends in the Emerging Technologies in Analytics' for MCA and M Sc computer science students here on Saturday.
Resource person for conference was Dr DNVSLS Indira, associate professor at Gudlavalleru Engineering College. Addressing the students, she said in the present scenario huge volume of data has to be preserved and retrieved as per the user needs. Machine learning algorithms play a key role in safeguarding the data.
She explained how natural language processing is used to retrieve the data in a systematic way. College principal Dr M Ramesh, director C Babu Rao, dean Rajesh C Jampala, computer science HoD Dr TS Ravikiran, Dr K Sobhana, the faculty and the students were present.
