Collector Dr G Srijana says nodal officers and operators will be appointed to pursue the received complaints regularly

Kurnool : District Collector Dr G Srijana directed the officials to regularly monitor the grievances received at Jaganannaku Chebudam website on daily basis.

Holding a review meet with the nodal officials of all departments at the Collector’s mini conference hall here on Thursday, she said that Jaganannaku Chebudam was a novel one and around 800 operators have been appointed in the CM’s office to pursue the received complaints.

Srijani further said that she will appoint nodal officers to all departments besides operators to pursue the received complaints and added that proceedings are being sent for appointing the nodal officers and operators. The Chief Planning Officer (CPO) has been appointed as special officer to inspect the project monitoring system at district level. Similarly, the PMUs would also be appointed at mandal and division level besides appointing operators.

The nodal officers would visit the PMUs on everyday basis and check the complaints received department wise. The officials are told to specially concentrate on reopen and unsatisfactory cases. In case of any technical errors, they are ordered to get them resolved at the district level EDM.

The collector said that the Jaganannaku Chebudam program would be monitored from the CM office so the officials should not play any foul role to resolve the received complaints. Prior to disposing of the cases, the officials should recheck. An audit team at the state level would audit the reopen cases. At the district level, an audit team would be appointed under the guidance of Zilla Parishad CEO, stated the collector.
