Rainbow Hospital celebrates anniversary in Vijayawada
The 20th anniversary of Rainbow Children’s Hospital was celebrated on a grand note on the hospital premises on Thursday.
Vijayawada: The 20th anniversary of Rainbow Children's Hospital was celebrated on a grand note on the hospital premises on Thursday. A good number of mothers and children participated in the celebrations headed by the hospital vice-president Dr CLN Reddy. Well Baby Show was organised to mark the occasion and the winners were given prizes.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Reddy said that in the last two decades the hospital achieved many milestones and stood first in various departments. The first paediatric cardiology was introduced in Rainbow Hyderabad branch, he said and added that foreign patients were visiting the hospital in good number in the recent times.
Advanced infertility centre has been started in the wake of increasing infertility cases, he added. Hospital clinical director Dr N Ramprasad, Dr M Uma, Dr Vamshi Sivaramaraju, Dr Vijay Kumar, Dr Rekha Prashant Prabhu and others were present on the occasion.
