Tirupati: Employees of Revenue department in Chittoor district have attended duties on Tuesday by wearing black badges protesting the brutal killing of a tahsildar in Telangana.
Responding to the call giving by the AP Revenue Employees Association, the employees also staged `lunch-hour demonstration' at collectorate, revenue divisional offices and tahsildar offices in the district and observed two minutes silence as a mark of respect to the tahsildar Vijaya Reddy who was brutally murdered by one Kurra Suresh in her office in Abdullapurmet, Telangana.
AP Revenue Association district president M Vijayasimha Reddy who participated the protest demonstration at RDO office strongly condemned the brutal killing of tahsildar Vijaya Reddy and sought an impartial probe into the killing.
