SIT another example of vendetta against TDP: Chandrababu Naidu

Mangalagiri: TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday termed the Special Investigation Team appointed by the State government as another example of YSR Congress government seeking revenge against the TDP.

In a tweet on his officials twitter handle, Naidu said that the State government had constiuted three SITs and five or six committees in the last nine months targeting not only the TDP but also the AP State. "They are doing immense damage to the future generations," he said.

The appointment of the SIT is the ultimate for the misdeeds of the ruling dispensation. "If you appoint a SIT against the last five-year rule, the next government would file a SIT against your misrule," he said.

Naidu recalled that YS Rajasekhar Reddy government appointed 26 inquiry committees, including 14 Assembly committees, three sub-committees and four judicial inquiries and a CBCID investigation. But nothing happened, he said.

He said that YCP's agenda was taking revenge against the TDP leaders, threatening the officials who did not follow their orders.
