Srikakulam: Chief Minister fulfilled Mahatma's dream of Gram Swaraj
Mahatma Gandhi dream Grama Swaraj has been fulfilled by Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, said Minister for Roads and Buildings D Krishna Das.
Srikakulam: Mahatma Gandhi dream Grama Swaraj has been fulfilled by Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, said Minister for Roads and Buildings D Krishna Das. The Minister launched the Village Secretariats in all four mandals of Saravakota, Jalumuru, Polaki and Narasannapeta under Narasannapeta Assembly segment on Wednesday.
Speaking on the occasion, he said about 500 categories of services were made available to the people through the Village Secretariat system. As part of assurances made before elections, the YSRCP government is providing jobs to youth and also providing hassle-free services to the public at their doorstep.
The Minister inaugurated Village Secretariats at Narasannapeta Assembly segment headquarters, Budithi village under Saravakota mandal, Challapeta village under Jalumuru mandal and at Polaki mandal headquarters. With inauguration of village secretariats public can get quality services.
Everyday employees at the Village Secretariat would provide services to the people. District Collector J Nivas, district level officers of various departments also attended. Local MLAs and officials inaugurated total 38 Village Secretariats in all 38 mandals across the district.
