In a horrific incident in Visakhapatnam, which came into light late on Friday, Krishna Varma, who is serving as the Srikakulam Special Branch DSP, committed suicide. He was found hanging in his residence near Visakha Beach Road on Friday. The locals noticed this and informed the police. However, he was already dead.
DSP Krishna Verma reportedly committed suicide due to ill health. However, the full details of the DSP's suicide are yet to be known.
The police have shifted the body to the mortuary for the postmortem, filed a case and investigating further. The sudden suicide of a police officer has become the talk of the town among the police department. However, the police has to find the reasons as to why the DSP had to commit suicide.
