Amaravati: The Telugu Desam Party (TDP) MLAs have walked out from AP Assembly as a protest over the suspension of their three members and for not being allowed to speak in the House.

After that, the TDP members have staged a protest and raised slogans at the Assembly media point. The first suspension has taken place in the House on Tuesday.

The TDP MLAs, Atchannaidu, Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary and Nimmala Rama Naidu, have been suspended, and their suspension will continue till the end of the Assembly sessions.

The Legislative Affairs minister Bugganna Rajendranath Reddy has proposed the suspension of three TDP members as they were obstructing the 50% reservation bill for SC, ST, BC, and minority in nominated posts.
