Tirupati: State Government on Friday deputed an IAS officer to TTD to work as Joint Executive Officer (JEO), Health and Education.
In the order GO Rt No 828 dated May 15, the government placed the services of S Bhargavi, 2015 batch IAS who is waiting for posting at the disposal of Revenue (Endowment) Department, to work as Joint Executive Officer, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), Tirupati with immediate effect.
It is for the first time that an IAS officer is posted to look after Health and Education departments in TTD which were hitherto looked after by senior officers like Chief Medical Officer and Educational officer.
