TTD doubles the quota of darshans for special entry tickets amid huge demand
TTD doubled the Rs 300 special entry tickets quota for darshan in Tirumala temple.
TTD doubled the Rs 300 special entry tickets quota for darshan in Tirumala temple.
Accordingly, an additional number of 250 tickets per hour was released by TTD last night for online booking by devotees.
This additional quota of tickets released are for darshan from June 19 to 30 and TTD is most likely to continue the increased quota of special entry tickets responding to huge demand from devotees more from outside of Andhra Pradesh.
With the increase in the issuance of special entry tickets, the total number of Rs. 300 tickets issued daily rose from 3000 to 6000.
The tickets are being issued in 12 slots beginning from 6 in the morning to 7 in the evening on normal days and on Friday only 10 slots available due to performance of Abhishekam to the deity in Tirumala temple for darshan. On the other hand, one hour stipulated time is allotted for VIP darshan daily in the morning.
