Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) on Saturday, organised builders’ meet in the name of Mahabandan at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Banking and Finance, Hyderabad.

Hyderabad: Bank of Maharashtra (BoM) on Saturday, organised builders' meet in the name of Mahabandan at Jawaharlal Nehru Institute of Banking and Finance, Hyderabad.

More than 40 prominent builders (like DEC Infra, My Homes and Landmark from Hyderabad, participated in the builders' meet).

Interacting with builders, Hemant Tamta, Executive Director Bank of Maharashtra emphasised on the core strength of bank's customer base and appealed builders to take advantage of it.

"As per GOI guidelines, Bank is promoting affordable housing scheme for the benefit of end users, which indirectly increases the saleability of the units for the benefit of builders," he said.

BoM Bank sanctioned 3 Projects, in addition to in-principle sanctions to 12 projects along with 5 housing on spot sanctions.

Reputed builders in real estate industry were recognised for their continued patronage and support with Bank Of Maharashtra.

Javid AGM Retail gave inputs to the builders about the project approvals by giving the statistical data in his presentation at the event.
