Right from his classical renditions in the popular Telugu movie Shankarabharanam to singing romantic numbers for Salman Khan, SPB has sung a variety of songs. Balu is an ardent fan of the legendary Hindi singer MD Rafi and never spares a chance to remember him during any interview. He always refers to him as an inspirational idol and attributes his success to the inspiration he drew from the great singer. But do you know which song is his favourite among those sung by Rafi? In an interview, SPB sung a song rendered by Md Rafi in the Shammi Kapoor and Sharmila Tagore movie Kashmiri ki Kali. The song we are referring to is Deewana Hua Badal.

SPB also speaks about the moral responsibility of common citizens on TV channels. He encourages young and upcoming talent by giving them tips on singing techniques.
