Blood donation camp organised

Kondapur: A blood donation camp was organised by the Rotary Challa Blood Bank in Leaf Hospital. BJP state executive committee member Jnanendra Prasad who was the chief guest at the inauguration donated blood.

On the occasion, Prasad urged people to follow his example in offering blood for the benefit for the needy people. Donating blood amounted to saving life, he said. He stated that many persons were in need of blood.

"It is the responsibility of everyone to go to the rescue of such persons," he emphasised. He lauded efforts of the Rotary Challa Blood Bank for organising the camp for requirements of the needy persons.
