Call to make Saradapeeth deeksha a grand success

Basheerbagh: Telangana government's representative in New Delhi S Venugopalachary on Thursday called upon the people to make the Sri Saradapeeth 'deeksha' programme to be organised on June 15 in Visakhapatnam a grand success.

Addressing a media conference along with State government's adviser K V Ramanachary, MLA D Sridhar Babu, after releasing a poster on the event, he and Ramanachary stated that the programme was being organised for world peace. Ramanachary said many spiritual and 'seva' programmes were being conducted under the auspices of Brahman Parishath.

Senior YSR Congress Party leader and organiser Chekurla Raghuramayya, who was present at the press conference, along with Telangana Brahmana Seva Sangham president Jaganmohan Sarma, Saradapeeth representatives Subba Rao, Narsimha Reddy, Karunakar Sarma, Hanumantha Chary, said a similar 'deeksha' would be organised in Vijayawada from June 15 to 17.
