Corporator Dodla Venkatesh Goud on padayatra to know civic issues
Local Corporator Dodla Venkatesh Goud asserted here on Tuesday that he has been prompt in taking steps to solve problems of the division.
Allwyn Colony: Local Corporator Dodla Venkatesh Goud asserted here on Tuesday that he has been prompt in taking steps to solve problems of the division. He was speaking after undertaking a 'padayatra' in the Mahankalinagar Colony area of the division to know the problems facing the residents, mainly drainage, lack of CC roads, power supply, water lines, streetlights.
Goud responded to the pleas of the residents and interacted with officials in the engineering, electrical and water works, impressing upon them the need for expeditious steps to provide redressal.
He advised Works Inspector Mahadev to ensure that new manholes when built should be compulsorily plastered. The corporator assured the colony residents to meet their needs in a phased manner and to strive for the overall development of the division.
Among those who accompanied Goud were Ravinder of HMWSSB, Mahadev, TRS youth wing leader Dodla Ramakrishna Goud, Ward Member Kasinath Yadav, party leaders Niranjan Yadav, Sanga Reddy, Dathhi Ramesh, Gurunath, Kashappa, Suribabu and B Santosh.
