Defunct signal throws traffic out of gear

Bowenpally: Traffic signal at Bowenpally has not been functioning for the past one week. The motorists are facing difficulty to commute from this road and in crossing the junction.

This road is one of the busiest roads in the city as it is linked to major areas like Balanagar and Paradise. "We get confused to cross the road as vehicles keep coming and going from both the sides of the road," said R Aditya, a commuter.

Many locals over here have complained that in the early morning and late nights there is no one to monitor the situation over here, but till now no action has been taken by the authorities.
