Hyderabad: Fraudsters in the name of friendship are adopting several ways to cheat the gullible people. Now the 'friends' have turned into 'experts' on BP, Stress, Sugar, etc.
Mobile users are getting a variety of messages from cheats who are on the prowl. Some messages are as follows: "How to control your sugar & BP. Call 5818188 and talk to your experts". "Feeling Stress? Call to Experts and get solutions for your all problems.
Dial 5818166". "Exciting friends are now Just a call away. Open your heart to talk to them and voice chat. Call today on 50300355". Another SMS says: "Hi, I know You. If you want to know me then call me on 54000318." Yet another says: "Hey Don't you remember me : I am waiting for You so Long. Just call me at 56300066." Another message says: "I Did Three Things Today: MISS U, MISS U, MISS U. So pl call me at 51222556."
Another type of message which creates an impression that it is from BSNL says: "Dr Customer – pl call at 555220505."
Beware of such messages from unscrupulous persons who are out to dupe you.
