Hyderabad: All India Kisan Sangharsh Coordination Committee (AIKSCC) staged protest near Indira Park here on Wednesday. They questioned the Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's recent statements indicating U-Turn on the Farm Laws. "On December 8, the TRS declared support to the Bharath Bandh call by farmer organizations and even Minister KT Ramarao joined the protest by sitting on the National Highway.

Now, when farmers are continuing peaceful protests against the same laws, why is the Telangana government blocking them," they added.

The agitators exposed the false propaganda of the Centre in projecting these laws as beneficial to farmers stating that real purpose of farm laws is to provide an unregulated freedom to corporates and traders, so that they gradually take over the agriculture pushing out small farmers, as happened in many other countries.

AIKSCC national working group member Vissa Kirankumar, state convenors Pasya Padma, Rayala Chandrasekhar, Kanneganti Ravi, T.Sagar, Achuta Rama Rao, Upender Reddy and Jakkula Venkatayya, and leaders of various constituent organizations of AIKSCC Telangana. Senior political leaders of the state including Professor Kodandaram and others took part.
