The ‘Kalyanotsavam’ of Sri Goda Ranganayaka Swamy was organised on a grand scale on Bhogi as part of Dhanurmasa Utsva in Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara temple in Anandbagh here in the presence of a large gathering of devotees.

A temporary pandal was built in front of the shrine on the occasion. Temple chief archaka Muntayi Mudumbayi Venkataramana Charyulu said the 'kalyanam' would be followed by 'Ratha Yatra' at 7 pm, 'ekanth seva' at 10 pm with 'Dhanurmasa Vratha Samapti.' Temple manager Chandra Mohan stated that all arrangements were made to ensure that the devotees do not face any inconvenience. Among those present during the Kalyanam was Archaka Tulasi Ramana Charyulu.
