Traffic restrictions for Vithoba procession
Additional Commissioner of Police for Traffic Anil Kumar issued a traffic advice on Thursday, requesting people to take alternative routes to avoid getting caught in traffic congestions and gridlocks in the view of procession of Sri Vithaleshwara Bala Baktha Samajam, on the occasion of annual celebrations of Sri Jungal Vithoba Temple in Gowliguda on Friday at 6 pm.
Gowliguda: Additional Commissioner of Police for Traffic Anil Kumar issued a traffic advice on Thursday, requesting people to take alternative routes to avoid getting caught in traffic congestions and gridlocks in the view of procession of Sri Vithaleshwara Bala Baktha Samajam, on the occasion of annual celebrations of Sri Jungal Vithoba Temple in Gowliguda on Friday at 6 pm.
The procession will start from Sri Jangal Vithoba Temple near SJ Bridge Junction and move via SJ Bridge Junction, Central Library, Afzalgunj Island, Afzalgunj 'T' Junction, Grand Hotel, Shanker Sher Hotel, Gowliguda Chaman, Old Bus Depot Road, Triveni Lodge Lane, and SJ Bridge Junction and return to Sri Jungal Vithoba temple.
The Additional CP said that during the movement of the procession, the traffic would either be stopped or diverted on need basis and requested the public to cooperate and take alternative routes to avoid inconvenience.
