Asks them to take oath in Bhadrakali temple on Warangal development

Warangal: BJP state president Bandi Sanjay dared the ministers and legislators to come for a debate on Warangal development and take pledge in Bhadrakali temple.

Speaking at a meeting here on Tuesday, he launched a tirade against Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. He said that KCR pushed the State into a debt trap. Stating that TRS is scared of BJP's phenomenal growth, he pointed out why KCR had not initiated the process of mayoral election in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). Predicting the downfall of KCR, Sanjay said that the TRS will be wiped out after the next Assembly elections.

Referring to the incessant rains in Warangal in mid-August, the BJP state chief criticised the government for not lending a helping hand to the flood-affected denizens in the city. He found fault with the CM for not visiting flood-affected areas in Warangal. Further, he questioned the CM for not providing Rs 10,000 relief to the flood-affected people in Warangal like he did in Hyderabad. Referring to the elections to the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC), Sanjay said that BJP will repeat the feat in Warangal as well.

Surveys also indicate that BJP's victory is imminent, he added. "Although the Central Government had released Rs 196 crore for the development of Warangal, the State had spent just Rs 40 crore and siphoned off the rest," he said. He accused the TRS leaders of encroaching on government lands.

Koraboina Sambaiah, the 37th Division Corporator who won on TRS ticket, GRK Group Chairman Ganta Ravi Kumar of Congress, Adapa Lokesh, a non-resident Indian, Dr Praveen Reddy, Akarapu Harish, businessman, Ex TRS Sarpanch Mandha Ramesh, Gattu Ramesh Goud, Bharath Goud, Dr Kanukuntla Gopika Rani, Gujjula Mahendar Reddy and Bura Muthilingam, retired lecturer, were among others who joined the BJP in the presence of Bandi Sanjay.

Earlier in the day at Jangaon, Bandi Sanjay said that the time has come for the people to put an end to the anti-democratic and corrupt rule of KCR's family. He said that KCR will continue as the Chief Minister till the end of his tenure. "KCR has no plans to make his son and MA&UD Minister K T Rama Rao the CM," he said.

Referring to the people's support to their party in the Dubbaka bypoll and GHMC elections, Sanjay said that BJP is the only alternative that replaces the TRS. He warned the TRS ministers and legislators to desist from corruption or else face the music. Sanjay said that BJP will expose the misdeeds of KCR's family.
