Rajasthan: 11-year-old girl raped by her uncle in bus
A 11-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her uncle in sleeper bus when they were returning from their village in Madhya Pradesh to Jaipur.
Jaipur: A 11-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her uncle in sleeper bus when they were returning from their village in Madhya Pradesh to Jaipur. This incident came into light with the complaint of the victim's parents on Saturday.
Going into detail, a widow (40) a resident of Kachchhi area in Manohapura works as a daily labour. Her 11-year-old daughter is studying V class. As the girl wanted to return home on the 15th of this month, the mother called her cousin and asked him to accompany her daughter. With this, he booked seats on a sleeper bus. The next day morning, he dropped the girl at her house and left from there.
But the girl was scared after coming home. On much questioning, the minor told the mother that uncle had given her water while sleeping on the bus and she does not know anything what happened after that. After getting up in the morning, she found herself half dressed with the bleeding. When she began to cry, the man threatened her not to disclose the matter with anyone.
The mother was shocked on hearing this, immediately lodged a complaint at Jawahar Circle police station. On receiving the information, the police registered a case and sent the girl for medical examination. The accused is absconding since the incident, and the police have initiated the investigation.
