BJP activists celebrated the victory of their party in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections, and burst crackers at the Gokavaram Bus Station and Fort Gate here on Monday.
Rajamahendravaram: BJP activists celebrated the victory of their party in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh Assembly elections, and burst crackers at the Gokavaram Bus Station and Fort Gate here on Monday.
Participating in the programme, Urban MLA Dr A Satyanarayana said that the people of Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh voted for Prime Minister Narendra Modi's three-and-a-half years regime and brought BJP into rule again in the two states.
“The victory is a glaring example for the efficiency of Modi and the people trusted him because of his style of functioning. Moreover, the welfare schemes of the Central government attracted the people in the two states. The party victory in the two states is a sign of BJP's winning chances in the ensuing general elections, and BJP is the only alternative to save the country,” he added.
BJP government was striving for the development of Andhra Pradesh, he said, adding that the party would fulfil the assurances given in AP Bifurcation Act. He underlined the need to strengthen the party from grassroots level.Party leaders and workers participated in the victory celebrations.
