Visakhapatnam: Vizagites till Friday were worried about two things. Will the Helen storm wash away the eagerly awaited second One-Day International between India and the West Indies? The second, of course, revolved around the possible outcome and whether the champions of yore would rediscover the winning touch and make a match of it against the high and mighty Men in Blue. First the great news -- the sun came out in all glory on Saturday. Whatever wet patches remained on the edges of the fully covered ground at the ACA-VDCA Stadium have dried out and it appears battle-ready.

Cricket fans from the port city can breathe easy. The Met Department has reassured that play will be held as the ground will be conducive for play, which begins at 1.30pm. The umpires will take a final call on Sunday morning.
The fans are hoping that they will be treated to fireworks from skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who has a special bondage with the city because his career blossomed from this very ground eight years back.
