Hyderabad: TDP president and former chief minister Chandrababu Naidu came down heavily on the draft bill for the reorganisation of the State and said that the bill was full of loopholes.

Addressing the Praja Garjana massive public meeting here on Monday, the former CM said that the people of both the regions would be put in lot of troubles due to the bifurcation. “The bill was acceptable neither to the Telangana people nor for people of coastal Andhra,” he added. Referring the problems faced by the farmers, he said that he had dedicated his life for the welfare of the poor and farmers.

Blasting the corruption in the government, he said that he would put an end to the corrupt practices within hundred days after assuming power.

Stating that the corruption was everyone’s problem, he said that we had to collectively fight to eradicate it. Referring the surveys conducted by various TV channels, he ridiculed them. “If anybody gives a package, the survey report would be in their favour,” he added.

Blasting the news channel Saakshi, he said that the channel had been spewing venom against the TDP.

The TDP president said that youth had been with high hopes that TDP would return to power to enable them to get employment.

Referring to the development of Hyderabad, he said that KCR had no right to talk about the capital city. He recalled that it was him who put the Hyderabad city on the international map.

Chandrababu said that it was TDP Government which prepared the Vision 2020 but unfortunately the Congress government had changed into Vision 420.

Lambasting the Congress government, he said that it had already spent Rs. 650 crore on Gundlakamma project but irrigation was provided to not a single acre.

During the TDP regime, the household expenditure never crossed Rs. 3,500 but now even Rs. 12,000 was not enough to run the house, he added.

Chandrababu assured the people that within three months TDP would assume power and the people would be relieved of their problems.
