Raghu Ramakrishna Raju prefers political career to Samikyandhra

Politicians can do anything for their political career. They prefer their political career to rest all things. Most recently, giving evidence to the very fact, an industrialist-turned-politician K Raghu Ramakrishna Raju, who joined BJP after quitting YSR Congress party has created sensation of sorts by moving a petition in the Supreme Court against the bifurcation of the State, has preferred his political career to Samaikyandhra (united Andhra Pradesh).

Raju was aware of the fact that BJP has been supporting the cause of Telangana statehood, before he joined the party. Despite the fact that BJP supports Samaikyandhra, Raju joined the party, just after quitting the YSR Congress Party. He even declared that he is not against Telangana statehood.

Raju said, “Though I am with BJP now, the petition filed in the Supreme Court would not be withdrawn as the petition was not against bifurcation of the State. But it was against the way the process of bifurcation was being carried by the Centre”.
