Hyderabad: A delegation of Journalist leaders on Friday called on Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy at his camp office to express gratitude for extending health cards scheme to the journalist fraternity.
This scheme would be a big relief for several journalists drawing meagre salaries, the leaders told Kiran Reddy.
In response, the Chief Minister stated that he was very happy to extend health policy to journalists, who were rendering services for the welfare of society.
This delegation also met Finance Minister Anam Ramnarayan Reddy to thank him.
Devulapally Amar, K Srinivas Reddy, D Somasunder, K Amarnath, Mallepalli Lakshmaiah, Alapati Suresh Kumar, Y Narender Reddy, K Mahipal Reddy and Ravikanth Reddy were part of the delegation.
