The fuming devotees anguished over the officials for their non bothered attitude.
Shivarathri is the only such occasion which is grandly celebrated at Srikalahasti. However, even on this day the idols have been decorated with only fake ornaments. Few devotees felt that it was not less than a transgression.
Despite the fact that there is no paucity of security forces, the management avoided the matter. The devotees allegedly said that the entire security people have been involved in getting the VIPs and their relatives, a proper darshan.
